 Hi, my name is Alan. Thank you for visiting my site. I am here to help. As a bathroom fitter I will do more than just installation. I can give help with planning and designing Bathrooms and Kitchens. I am also a qualified Refrigerant engineer and able to install air conditioning.
How to simply create a clean, fresh, light and airy looking bathroom. The above is a good example (more in our Gallery). These are real bathrooms, not huge expensive showroom fantasies!!!

Some general hints and tips. Avoid the pitfalls

For a great Bathroom, avoid a trendy fashionable look. If you choose the latest fashion, some time in the future it will look dated. You may want to sell the house one day and you do not want people saying 'Look at this old chrome effect' there is nothing worse than an out of date bathroom. Remember the avocado suite? Stick to white or almost white. IE bright light tiles and always a white suite. White does not date and always looks fresh and clean. It also makes the room look bigger. You can always add a coloured theme with accessories.

The tiling should be done before fitting the hand basin and toilet. This makes for a neater job, which is why we do plumbing and tiling.

We were exploring what options were available to us to convert an existing dressing room and wardrobe into an en-suite and had serious doubts about what was achievable in the space available. We contacted a number of potential suppliers/contractors, none of whom gave us sufficient confidence for us to proceed until we spoke to Alan Boswell. What a breath of fresh air, he offered ideas (and continued to do so throughout as the project progressed) and suggested options we hadn’t even considered. We had been thinking about installing a shower cubicle but Alan suggested a wet room which would actually save money and make the room seem much more spacious. I liked Alans approach, he cares about the result and the customers satisfaction, he reassured us throughout and offered advice on sourcing equipment and supplies as well as turning up on time every day until the work was complete. We were delighted with the results.
