I liked the fact that Alan was the first to quote for the job and showed enthusiasm for the project. We had a challenge regarding the waste and Alan was not at all phased.
Work commenced with his colleague and it is clear they have a structured, methodical and tidy approach to their work.
The quality of the work was exceptional. I was totally satisfied with the job and would recommend Al and his team to anyone.
From a speculative search on the Internet, to find someone who is a real tradesman, honest and hard working was a real result.

We had a big problem with a leaking shower tray and waste, which was running up hill and we had to use a sink plunger to empty each time the shower was used.
Contacted Alan at Apollo Design and although he was very busy, and as we do not have a bath, he arranged to completely redo the shower into a small wet room.
Between them they re-made the base, waterproofed and fitted the correct type of waste trap (no longer running up hill!) and tiled the whole area and fitted a one metre wide screen,
all within one week! and only took that long because the screen was a couple of days longer than normal to be delivered.
Can't thank you enough guys, really super job which my wife and I are really pleased with. Would certainly recommend you to anyone.! Thanks again.

My bathroom was looking very 'tired', the bath and the toilet needed replacing and the shower was practically useless.
I contacted Alan at Apollo design, he arranged to come and discuss our needs and give us a quote for the work that we needed.
What we wanted was a complete new bathroom set at a reasonable price. We took note of Alan's friendly and obviously very knowledgeable advice also his recommendations to look for a standard,
rather than a fancy, more expensive, range of fittings.
We expected a standard, clean non exceptional job, that is not what we got!
We got a an exceptionally beautiful bathroom, finished to perfection, fully tiled and floored with fittings that were both practical and smart. It was also completed spot on the time specified by Alan. The work ethic was excellent, regular work within proper time periods and minimum disruption to the house.
We cannot praise Alan enough, a brilliant job at an extremely reasonable price. Every one that has visited has commented on the excellent quality of the workmanship.
We are so glad that we listened to his sound advice, it saved us a lot of expense and gave us a lovely bathroom.
We would not hesitate to recommend this kind, considerate and thoroughly competent professional craftsman.

We were exploring what options were available to us to convert an existing dressing room and wardrobe into an en-suite and had serious doubts about what was achievable in the space available.
We contacted a number of potential suppliers/contractors, none of whom gave us sufficient confidence for us to proceed until we spoke to Alan.
What a breath of fresh air, he offered ideas (and continued to do so throughout as the project progressed) and suggested options we hadn’t even considered.
We had been thinking about installing a shower cubicle but Alan suggested a wet room which would actually save money and make the room seem much more spacious.
I liked Alans approach, he cares about the result and the customers satisfaction, he reassured us throughout and offered advice on sourcing equipment and supplies as well as turning up on time every day
until the work was complete.
We were delighted with the results.
